Operations Manager

Operations Manager is responsible to manage property operations on a day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations of the retreat.
  • Design and implement retreat’s operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Handling complaints, and overseeing the service procedures.
  • Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
  • Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
  • Train and supervise staff.

Qualification

  • A university degree in hotel management or a related field with experience in opening or managing a retreat.

Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience, including experience in remote locations.

Human Resources Executive

The role of an HR is to support the day-to-day activities alongside having the time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Recognizing hiring needs.
  • Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
  • Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
  • Managing recruitment process.
  • Managing orientation of new employees.
  • Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees.
  • Managing the employees’ data of each department.
  • Managing Payroll.
  • Organizing training for support staff and staff members.
  • Organizing welfare activities for all staff and support staff members.

Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education, and experience with fluent English communication.

Experience

  • Experience as an HR for a minimum of 1 year. Also needs to know the basic framework and duties of an HR and should be able to support the organization.

Guest Service Associate - Front Office

Responsibilities

  • Register guests and assigns rooms
  • Ensures prompt, courteous and accurate service to all guests.
  • Ensures safety and security of guest belongings in guest rooms, luggage rooms and guest lockers.
  • Maintains C-Forms, arrival and departure reports.
  • Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
  • To ensure generation of databases, regular sales calls and email marketing for promoting business.
  • To ensure all check ins and check outs are smooth without delay.
  • To ensure proper records are maintained and acted on for all telephone calls.
  • To handle all reservation requests by telephone and email.
  • To handle all booking queries and communication.
  • To maintain all guest data and information.
  • To arrange for guest transportation as required.

Qualification

  • Certificate or degree in hospitality is advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality industry/Customer service.

Ayurveda Therapist

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily Ayurveda, Panchakarma therapies as scheduled which includes preparing the therapy room with necessary equipment, oils, herbs, etc., performing the therapies as well as ensuring cleaning and setting up the room for the next therapy.
  • Adhere to therapy protocol set by the Retreat .
  • Reports necessary patient information to the Doctor.
  • Demonstrate an excellent, overall knowledge of Therapies & products.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and instructions accordingly.
  • Ensure all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence, referring them to the Doctor, Manager.
  • You will be required to train as a first aider and administer first aid to employees and guests as necessary and maintain this qualification throughout your employment in Raga Svara . Attend first aid training sessions as required.
  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the centre.
  • Participate in professional development programs
  • Flexibility in undertaking other duties as delegated by the Doctor and the Manager.

Qualification

  • Certificate or degree in hospitality is advantageous.

Experience

  • You should have a degree/diploma/certificate program in ayurvedic therapies
  • Proficient in English (oral)
  • You should be compassionate, dedicated and grounded individual
